WaldemarArt Store Rewards Program

The WaldemarArt Store Rewards Program was created to reward returning customers and help them save in a smart and simple way. With every completed purchase, you collect points, unlock higher customer tiers, and increase the benefits you receive on future orders.

• You earn points after a successfully completed payment.
• Points are calculated at the end of checkout, after the Total.
• The number of points you earn depends on your customer tier.
• Your current balance, tier, and points details are available in the Your Points tab in your account.
• You can spend points during checkout to reduce your order total.

In the top right corner, just before the greeting, you will see a coin icon with your current points balance. The color of the coin shows your current customer class.

• Points can be redeemed directly in checkout.
• The value of each point is set by the store.
• After applying points, your order total must stay above the minimum amount required by the store.
• If you use points in an order, that order will earn 0 new points.

• Every customer starts with the S Silver tier.
• As you complete more purchases, you can unlock higher tiers:
  • G Gold
  • P Platinum
• Higher tiers earn more points from each purchase thanks to a higher points multiplier.

• New customers receive +10 Welcome points.
• Existing customers who never received points before may also receive +10 Welcome points.
• Welcome points can be used right away or saved for a future order.

• Points are promotional rewards.
• Points are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Used points are non-refundable, even if an order is later canceled or refunded.
• Points are added or deducted only after successful payment confirmation.

• You get a guaranteed reward for shopping.
• The more you buy, the more points you can earn.
• Higher tiers help you collect points faster.
• Points can be saved and used when you want a bigger discount on a future purchase.

Points are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are promotional and non-refundable after successful payment.
Points can only be used in the WaldemarArt Store and cannot be transferred to another account.
If an order is refunded, canceled, or reversed, any points earned from that order may be removed from the account. 
WaldemarArt Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points program at any time without prior notice.
