WaldemarArt Referral Program

The WaldemarArt Referral Program allows registered customers to earn reward points by inviting new customers to WaldemarArt STORE.

Referral points are promotional rewards. They can be used to receive discounts on future purchases in our store, but they cannot be paid out in cash, withdrawn, transferred to another user, sold, exchanged for money, or converted into any other form of financial compensation.

1. Log in to your WaldemarArt account.
2. Open the Referral Program tab.
3. Click Request Code to generate your personal referral code.
4. Share your referral code with friends, colleagues, or communities.
5. A new customer enters your referral code during registration.
6. The new customer makes their first paid purchase.
7. A referral reward is created for your account.
8. The reward remains pending during the waiting period.
9. After the waiting period ends, the reward points are added to your regular points balance, provided the order remains valid.

Referral points are added to your existing WaldemarArt points balance. They are not stored as a separate cash balance.

Referral points may be used only as promotional points within WaldemarArt STORE.

They may be used to receive discounts on future eligible orders, according to the general points rules of the store.

Referral points:

• cannot be withdrawn as cash;
• cannot be transferred to another user;
• cannot be sold;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• cannot be used outside WaldemarArt STORE;
• do not represent electronic money, stored value, a bank deposit, or any financial instrument.

Referral points have no cash value.

Your referral code is unique to your account.

Once generated, it cannot be changed manually by the user. WaldemarArt may disable, replace, or revoke a referral code in cases of abuse, technical issues, duplicate accounts, or suspected fraud.

You can share your code directly, for example:

If a referral link is available, you may also share that link.

A new customer may enter your referral code during registration.

The referral code is optional. It is not entered during checkout.

A referral connection can only be created if the code is valid and belongs to an active WaldemarArt user.

Each new customer can be connected to only one referrer.

Referral points are earned only after the referred customer completes their first paid order.

The referral reward is calculated from the amount actually paid for the order after discounts and after any used points.

Example:

Order subtotal: €100
Discounts: -€20
Used points: -€30
Paid amount: €50
Referral reward rate: 10%
Referral reward: 5 points

Canceled, unpaid, failed, refunded, or reversed orders do not qualify for referral rewards.

Referral rewards are not credited immediately.

After the referred customer’s first paid order, the reward appears as Pending.

The waiting period helps protect the program against order cancellations, payment issues, chargebacks, and refunds.

In your account, you may see:

Status: Pending
Waiting period: 14 days
Pending until: YYYY-MM-DD

After the waiting period ends, the points are credited automatically if the order is still valid.

Under EU consumer rules, online customers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for many distance purchases, although exceptions may apply, especially for certain digital goods or services. The waiting period is designed to align the referral reward process with post-purchase cancellation and refund risk.

If an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, WaldemarArt may cancel the pending referral reward.

If referral points have already been credited and the related order is later refunded or reversed, WaldemarArt may deduct the corresponding points from the referrer’s points balance.

If the user has already spent those points, WaldemarArt may adjust the user’s future points balance accordingly.

The Referral Program may include different levels, such as:

Your current level is shown in your account.

Higher levels may provide a higher referral reward percentage. Your level is based on the number of successful referred customers.

Example:

Bronze — 5%
Silver — 7%
Gold — 10%
Platinum — 12%

The applicable level and reward percentage are determined by the program settings at the time the referral reward is created.

To keep the program fair, the following actions are not allowed:

• using your own referral code;
• creating multiple accounts to generate referral rewards;
• referring yourself;
• using fake or duplicate accounts;
• manipulating registrations, orders, payments, refunds, or chargebacks;
• publishing referral codes in a misleading, spam-like, or unlawful way;
• attempting to sell, transfer, or exchange referral points.

WaldemarArt may cancel rewards, deduct points, disable referral codes, or suspend participation in the Referral Program if abuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected.

For privacy reasons, referrers do not receive personal details about referred customers.

In your account, referral activity may be shown in an anonymized form, such as:

• Invited customer
• Purchase amount
• Reward amount
• Status
• Pending until

You will not see the referred customer’s name, email address, billing address, purchased products, payment method, IP address, or other personal details.

WaldemarArt processes referral-related data only for the purposes of operating the Referral Program, calculating rewards, preventing abuse, and maintaining accounting and audit records.

This follows the GDPR principles of transparency, purpose limitation, and data minimisation.

WaldemarArt may change, pause, or end the Referral Program at any time.

Changes may include reward percentages, levels, waiting periods, eligibility rules, minimum order amounts, maximum rewards, or technical requirements.

Already credited points remain subject to the general WaldemarArt points rules and may still be adjusted in cases of refunds, chargebacks, abuse, or technical errors.

Referral points are promotional benefits only. They are not money, not a payment service, not a financial product, and not a claim for cash payment.
